On 1 February 2024, the ANMF lodged a notice with the Fair Work Commission (the Notice) setting out particulars of alterations to the ANMF Rules. The Notice was lodged pursuant to r 126(1)(a) of the
Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.
