How is funding for Aged Care being spent?

SBS News Podcast reporting on how nursing groups are keen to see an increase in transparency and accountability applied, with questions about how much money is being paid to providers and how much actually goes to the care and quality of life of residents.

ANMF Federal Secretary Annie Butler speaks at 3.15 on funding to staffing being one example of how where what is reported and what actually happens can be different, with circumstances where some providers will say this is what their staffing level was but the actual staff could have been half of what was indicated on the actual roster.
